Nadifa has been practicing law for over 12 years, started immediately after her graduation as Best Graduate from Faculty of Law, University of Krisnadwipayana. She initially practiced law for more than 8 years with several prominent law firms and 4 years in multinational enterprises in Indonesia.

Throughout her career, Nadifa has been leading in many corporate transactions, capital markets also PKPU (debt suspension of payment). Nadifa has been experience in leading IPO and intensive legal due diligence for merger and acquisitions includes for public listed companies.

Nadifa is a registered member of Indonesian Bar Association (PERADI) and now pursuing to be a member of Capital Market Legal Consultants Association (Himpunan Konsultan Hukum Pasar Modal (HKHPM)) in Indonesian Financial Services Authority (Otoritas Jasa Keuangan).
